LEAD TIMES and DELIVERY

All house signs are individually made to order. Lead times vary - we aim to make and dispatch any signs as soon as we receive approval of the mock-up proof sent by email. These proofs are usually created and sent by the next working day from placement of order.

All UK destined house plaque parcels weighing under 2 kg are shipped by Royal Mail and house sign parcels over 2 kg are usually shipped by our contract HERMES service.

Overseas parcels under 2 kg are send via Royal Mail small packet airmail and heavier parcels are shipped via international couriers.

We received electronic proof of posting & proof of delivery for all parcels sent out.

Mock-up Proofs

No need to spend time online designing your own house signs - After your place your order our professional house sign design team create you a proof showing your house name or house numbers on the specific base plaque as detailed in your order. - You can then have unlimited alterations until you are happy with sign. Once we get your OK we go ahead and make the sign. - Note: This service is not available for showing any hand painted pictorials on any house signs.
